Moon bath - Ritual Bath Salt

Heavenly bath salts . Helps in the release of repressed emotions and brings lightness and a feeling of happiness to the people who use it. Using jasmine oil—a known aphrodisiac—helps dispel fear, guilt and emotional blockages, while calming lavender and soothing milky oatmeal help revive and calm frayed nerves.

The Ritual: Add a handful or about 1 cup to the bath just before getting into the tub or while you're already inside. If you don't want to have loose plant matter in your bathtub, you can use bath salts in a muslin, silk or tea bag.
